Sugars are can be a real problem ... ans sugars are hidden everywhere! Check your labels and if it doesn't say 'sugar' that doesn't mean it doesn't have sugar in it!

 

A sugar by any other name is just as sweet - and it creates just as much overload for your body to handle!
