How Can I Help?

Holistic Nutrition takes an individual approach . We are all biochemically unique and while we may share similar symptoms, we may not require the same approach to healing. What works for one person, may not work for the other. This is the premise of my practice and why each wellness plan created will be very specific to each client.


I help clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of WHY they are having issues - WHAT is causing their imbalances?


I will take a detailed review of health history, current diet and lifestyle habits, via questionnaires and symptom assessments to help determine root causes of health issues and where imbalances and weaknesses may lie. If you don't know why it is that you are not feeling your best, how can you heal it, long term? And then we will build an individualized diet and lifestyle plan based on you - what are your unique challenges, what kind of diet and lifestyle is best for you?

Why Choose to work with me?


I will provide guidance, support and motivation along with knowledge, accountability and a solid plan to keep you on track as you embark on your health and wellness journey. I will be your teacher, your adviser, your resource library and most importantly, your cheerleader!


I can give you time and lots of support. Instead of a 15-minute appointment, at Restored Vitality, each session is 60+ minutes allowing lots of time for questions to be answered and concerns to be discussed. And depending on the package you choose, there are months of support and opportunities to check in.

I care and truly want to see my clients succeed - feel great and live their best lives. That is why I went into this field. I firmly believe that this type of healing is so beneficial to so many people.


Who might benefit from this type of support?

Anyone who wants to take control of their own health would benefit from sessions with a Holistic Nutritionist. I can help you wade through the incredible amount of accessible online information, current fads and media hypes - and provide solid nutritional information to help you build a healthy relationship with food. For example - is soy good or bad? Should I only be eating plant-based foods? How much coffee is too much coffee? The answer is, it depends on so many factors - but I can help with the correct answer for you!


I help with meal planning. recipes and sourcing of good quality foods as well as help with specific plans for food allergies and intolerances.

If you suffer from issues like low energy, digestion problems (including acid reflux, constipation, bloating, gas, gall stones), hormonal issues (PMS, infertility, menopause, thyroid issues, irregular periods, endometriosis etc.), fatty liver disease, blood sugar imbalances, high cholesterol or blood pressure issues, chronic headaches, sleep or mood disorders, food allergies and sensitivities, arthritis and auto-immune diseases, weakened immune system, weight gain and weight loss – a holistic nutritionist may be able to help address the nutritional imbalances/weaknesses, nutritional deficiencies and lifestyle habits that may be contributing to these concerns.
