This service includes a 30-45 min Zoom call to go over what you want in a meal plan, what foods do you like/dislike, do you have any allergies, food sensitivities or limitations, how much time do you have to prepare meals, and most importantly, what are your wellness goals?
Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to eat more veggies, more plant-based foods, more protein? Do you need meals to support blood sugar balance?
Do you simply need a day by day plan of good, whole food meals to eat to keep you on track?
This service will give you 4 weeks of meal plans (breakfasts, lunches, dinners and healthy snacks) with food prep guides, shopping lists and easy to prepare recipes.
