Was Christmas (or another holiday you might have celebrated) really fun...too much fun, maybe :) Let us help you get back on track; detox your body from all that fun and restart you on your path to healthy living for 2022!

This Group program will focus on Diet, Water Intake, Movement and Mindfulness.
​
A week prior to the Program Start Date, you will receive a package filled with information about the 2 week Detox Diet and movement and mindfulness expectations (nothing too crazy - if you can walk you can do it!). You will also be given recipes and meal plans to help you plan for your 2 week Kick-start Plan!

We will meet as a group, via Zoom, the week before the the program start (week of January 3rd ) to go over the material and answer any questions you may have. We will also meet halfway through - a check in - to see how everyone is doing and what extra support might be needed! If you are unable to make any of the meetings they will be recorded.

You will also be connected to the group via a private Facebook group (optional); great way to share experiences, set backs and successes on a daily basis! Plus get some good tips from other participants. You also have support from your group leader for the duration of the program.
