Service Description

This is our most popular plan to help you on your journey to feeling great! This plan includes: - the initial consultation (90 min) - in person or online via zoom or skype - a customized plan of action tailored just for you and your health goals (diet and lifestyle plans, supplement recommendations, meal plans, exercise support, recommendation and interpretation of other medical tests that would be of benefit) - 1 follow up meeting in month 3 (60 min) - support via email and phone during the plan duration - free access to the member pages for 1 year and supplement specials and promotions 3 Payments of $95 (monthly for 3 months)
