Steps to Success
Great - you have decided to TAKE ACTION - take CONTROL of your own HEALTH and start your own personal journey to feeling your best.
Let's get started.
Step One - Choose your plan
Take a look at our plans and picked the one that is right for you.
Step Two - Purchase Your Plan
You can do this a few different ways
1. send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can send you an invoice for e-transfer
2. Purchase a Plan online
Step Three - Do some Homework
Once you purchase a Plan, you will be sent and introductory package - to be completed prior to the Initial Consultation (some basic information about your current diet, lifestyle and health/nutritional concerns and goals). Once that is completed, send it in.
Step Four - Book your first Session
Once your information has been submitted, you will be contacted to discuss times and dates for your first session, the Initial Consultation. We will also discuss how you would like to meet - at this point we are meeting through Zoom or FaceTime - and we will go over next steps.
